I used the services of Bed & Breakfast - Bamberg, respectively Ms Claudia Gamböck, in April and May 2014. We had a disagreement about the date of leaving for the month that had already been paid. They apparently wanted a day off before renting to their next client, and had decided to take that day away from my paid stay. Upon attempting to come to terms, Ms Gamböck took a directly aggressive stance, first insisting that I pay the already paid and passed month at double price if I want to have that last day of the month. As I did not agree with that, she threatened to call the Police to get me out of the room. I am perfectly sure that I kept my business tone through all communication, so I find that all of this **** was unprovoked and came proactively from Ms Gamböck. Furthermore I have never intended or threatened to barricade myself in the room or something - that is to say, referring to the Police was pure abuse of that institution's name. It is all too likely she said that because I'm a foreigner and just arrived for studies, i.e. obviously less prepared to lead legal battles and the likes. I imagine she would not have the guts and pull the "Police" number on a German.
